你們永遠不會覺得自己已經達到了應有的水平，而你們永遠不會有這種感覺的原因在於你們對自己的要求太高了。通常，當我們在私人一對一的談話中與你們交談時，你們會向我們表達，你們覺得自己應該做得更多，或者你們現在應該已經擁有了更多的靈性天賦。當然，很多人環顧四周，認為為了改變這個世界，還有很多事情要做。而事實上，透過實際行動，你們將能做更多，讓你們所生活的世界變得更美好。

然而，你們生於此世。你們披上了遺忘的面紗，你們知道自己將投生於一個充滿負能量的世界。你們知道那裡會充滿負面的思想形態、限制性信念以及來自其他人類的壓迫。但你們還是選擇投生於此，因為你們想成為解決方案的一部分。此刻投生於地球的意圖意味着你們將始終將自己視為答案、療癒者和訊息的提供者。

正因如此，你們常常對自己非常苛刻。由於出生前的意圖，你們更有可能認為自己做得不夠，而不是認為自己的貢獻已經完美無缺。你們有動力去做更多，去幫助更多，去改變更多，這是因為你們在化身之前就設定了意圖。但你們現在有能力，因為你們如此清醒和覺知，讓自己擺脫困境。你們有能力進行新的自我對話。你們有能力讚美自己，認可自己，並將世界的重擔從自己的肩上卸下來。

我們建議你們這樣做，是因為我們希望你們感受到喜悅，我們希望你們感到和諧一致，我們希望你們處於更高的振動頻率。我們也知道，當你們處於更高振動頻率的狀態時，你們更有可能為人類同胞提供更大的服務。這樣，你們就更有可能發揮出更多的天賦和能力。你們不太可能因為感覺不夠好，因為認為自己做得不夠好而這樣做。這些都不是更高振動頻率的想法和信念，是時候讓你們所有人認識到它們了，這樣你們才能過着充滿喜悅和服務他人的生活。

可見，這兩者確實是相輔相成的。你們可以透過喜悅獲得服務，正如你們可以透過服務獲得喜悅一樣。你們不必對自己如此苛刻，相信我們，宇宙中沒有人像你們這樣苛刻。沒有評判。所以，請停止評判自己不夠好，做得不夠多，這樣你們才能享受揚升的剩餘旅程。是時候讓更多的光之工作者也這麼做了。

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

You are not ever going to feel that you are as far along as you should be, and the reason you will never feel that way is because of the very high standards you have for yourselves. Typically, when we talk to you in private one-on-one sessions, you expressed to us that you feel that you should be doing more or that you should have accessed more of your spiritual gifts by now. Of course, many people look around at the world outside of them and think that there must be a lot more to do in order to help change that world, and it is true that a lot more will be done through physical action to make the world you are living in a better place.

However, you were born into this reality. You took on the veil of forgetfulness, and you knew you were incarnating onto a world and at a time when there would be a lot of negative energy. You knew that there would be a lot of negative thought forms, limiting beliefs, and oppression by other humans. And you chose to incarnate there anyway because you wanted to be a part of the solution. Having that intention for incarnating on planet Earth at this time means that you would always be looking to yourself to be the answer, to be the healer, to be the provider of the information.

And because of that, you often are very hard on yourselves. You are, because of that pre birth intention, more likely to think that you’re not doing enough then you are to think that your contribution is just perfect as it is. You have that drive to do more, to help more, to change more because of an intention that you set prior to incarnating, but you have the ability right now, because you are so awake and aware, to let yourselves off the hook. You have the ability to engage in new self talk. You have the ability to praise yourself, to acknowledge yourself, and to take the weight of the world off of your very own shoulders.

And we recommend that you do these things because we want you to feel joy, we want you to feel alignment, and we want you to be in a higher vibration, and we also know that when you are in a higher-vibrational state, you are then more likely to be of greater service to your fellow humans. You are then more likely to access more of your gifts and abilities. You are less likely to do so from a place of feeling not good enough, from a place of thinking that you’re not doing enough. Those are not higher-vibrational thoughts and beliefs, and it’s time for you all to recognize them so that you can live lives of joy and service.

You see the two do go hand in hand. And you can get to service through joy just as you can get to joy through service. You don’t have to be so hard on yourselves, and trust us when we tell you that no one else in the universe is being as hard on you as you are on yourself. There is no judgment. So please stop judging yourselves as not being good enough and not having done enough so that you can enjoy the rest of the journey of your ascension. It’s about time for more of you lightworkers to do just that.
