我們一直在探索人類的意識，足以知道你們意識正處在一個巨大的成長時期，而你們正處於這些時期之一。當你們經歷巨大的成長時，你們可能會以個人的身份經歷不同的經歷，這些經歷將取決於你們是否完成了自己想要完成的工作，或者你們是否由於某種原因而無法完成工作。

如果你們完成了絕大多數工作，那麼增長周期就好像擴張一樣。看起來你們能夠在人際關係，職業和精神上比以往任何時候都更進一步。你隨波逐流。如果你們是那些對自己沒有做太多工作的人之一，那麼浪潮將撲向你們，將你們吸引到下面。因此，我們可以看到此時有很多人正在經歷一些強烈的成長痛苦。

現在，從你們的角度來看，乘船比被海浪掩埋好得多，但是被海浪掩埋的人有重新站起來起來體驗的經驗。一旦起來並自行清理灰塵，你們就可以，並且你們將獲得體驗成長中的絕大部分。我們一次又一次地看到它。我們知道，所有人被打倒時仍然在那裏並且非常重要重新站起。

我們也知道，對於很多人來說，被擊倒的次數和方式似乎是無限次的。但是，當我們說它最終會結束時，請相信我們，你們所有人都將在擴展新的版本的你們自己和全人類都在能量浪潮中乘浪前行(riding the waves)。你們現在要關注的是增長正在發生的事實。在你們想起的每時每刻，你們想要做的就是嘗試通過放手才能跟上。

現在，放手才能跟上(keeping up by letting go)似乎有些矛盾，但是我們向你們保證，它會起作用。接收和臣服會起作用。放開執著是有效的(Letting go of attachments works)，它們之所以有效是因為你們的揚升是不可避免的。唯一讓你們的揚升過程中步履蹣跚的事情是，當你們堅持沉重舊有包袱的東西，使你們沉重的東西，古老而熟悉的東西但又有局限框架性時。

現在是時候讓所有人擺脫限制自己的一切，並時刻意識到自己內在的潛力，成為自己的高我，超越人類曾經到達的意識高度。這是一項巨大的成就，一項巨大的事業，值得一次又一次地努力。

Humanity’s Tremendous Growth Cycle ∞The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been exploring the consciousness of humanity for long enough to know when you are in a period of tremendous growth, and you are in one of those periods right now. When you experience tremendous growth, you can have different experiences as individuals, and those experiences will depend on whether you have completed the work that you’ve wanted to do on yourselves, or whether you’ve not been able to for one reason or another.

If you have completed the vast majority of the work, then a growth cycle looks like expansion. It looks like you being able to go further in your relationships, in your career, and in your spirituality than ever before. You ride the wave. If you are one of the ones who hasn’t been doing so much work on themselves, then the wave crashes into you and pulls you under. Therefore, we can see how a lot of people at this time would be experiencing some intense growing pains.

Now, from your perspective, riding the wave is much better than getting buried by it, but those who have been buried get to have the experience of getting up. And once you get up and dust yourselves off, you can and you will get to the good part of the growth experience. We have seen it time and time again. We know that it so important for all of you to just be there and to keep getting up when you are knocked down.

We also know that for many it seems like the number of times and the number of ways in which you can be knocked down is infinite. But trust us when we say that it does end eventually, and you will all be riding the waves of the energies to the new expanded versions of yourselves and the rest of humankind. What you want to focus on right now is the fact that growth is happening. What you want to do, in every moment that you can remember to do so, is try to keep up by letting go.

Now, keeping up by letting go may seem like a paradox, but we promise you that it works. Acceptance works. Surrender works. Letting go of attachments works, and they work because your ascension is inevitable. The only thing that makes your ascension a rocky ride is when you’re holding on to something that is heavy, something that is weighing you down, something that is old and familiar, yet limiting.

It’s time for all of you to let go of all that is limiting you and to realize the potential that you have within you at all times to become your higher selves, to go beyond where humanity has ever gone before. This is a huge feat, a huge undertaking, and one that is worth getting up time and time again for.
