What a Roller Coaster of energetics you have been riding of late.

 最近你經歷了一個過山車似的能量

 You are now so skilled, you recognise what is coming. You recognise what needs to be released out of your body systems, all that no longer serves you - and never really did!!! The old/outdated belief systems, most of which were never yours anyway - much which was taken on from those who believed they knew what was best for YOU. You know in your SOUL, this is what you called forth - even with your protesting, you KNOW. This is the clearing your SOUL desired for this lifetime - a time like no other!

With all that is cleansing and clearing of the “old you”, you are making room to commence the new beginning/rebirth of the true SOUL you are.

 All that is leaving and transitioning within and around you is leaving for good - never to return!!! However, there are layers upon layers, so be extremely patient with yourselves and each other as you are clearing the dross from many lifetimes including this present time.

For as you know, Mother Earth, Gaia is also purging - you are witnessing the massive changes daily, just as you witness your own transition.
