你可以從無數個角度來看待這件事，當然，每個人對局勢的理解都略有不同。然而關鍵在於，如果你陷入恐懼，並認定這將導致更多的混亂，那麼你必須自問：你是否覺得自己能掌控對這一切的內在回應？
如果你渴望成為解決這兩國爭端的力量，你可以透過專注於自己的思想、信念、振動頻率，以及你傳送給兩國領導人的能量來達成。每個人都能做出選擇。我們始終站在全人類這一邊，而我們深知人類此刻最需要的是更多的穩定、和平、冷靜與愛，以及更努力地去理解彼此的分歧。
你們各不相同：擁有不同的宗教、設有邊界的國家、各異的習俗與節慶。然而，這些差異應被視為一種力量。多樣性即是力量，豐富多彩是生命的美意。
當你與他人之間的分歧威脅到你的立場或觀點時，請捫心自問，為何你的內在會產生這樣的波動？在地球上的每個人都可以實踐『各適其所、互不干擾』（Live and let live）的智慧。每個人都可以尊重他人的選擇而不橫加干涉。這是一個每個人、每個政府乃至每個國家都必須做出的選擇。
身為覺醒者的你，所要做的是自問：我該如何成為創造穩定世界的一分子？在那個世界裡，分歧被擁抱，每一種文化都被視為獨特且珍貴的存在。若想體驗人間的和平，你必須先在內在尋得安寧，並將那份祥和向外播散。
如果你開始與人爭論美委局勢中誰是誰非，你只是在助長那種『戰爭式』的思維與能量。作為一個覺醒的靈魂，你深知自己並不願成為其中的推手。因此，我們建議你不要選邊站隊，更不要與任何人爭論為何只有你的觀點才是正確的。相反地，你應將這一切視為朝向『全體最高利益』演化的過程——事實上也確實可以如此。請獻出愛、寬恕以及和諧的振動。
你渴望生活在一個和諧的行星上，在那裡萬國交好，直到最終你不再感受到邊界存在的必要，並能以一個合一的人類集體共存。這才是你核心本質的真相。 到那時，你們依然保有各自的差異、習俗與信仰，卻無需在沙灘上畫出界線，說著：『這裡是我們的終點，那裡是他們的起點。』

The U.S./Venezuelan Conflict & The Awakened Collective ∞The 9D Arcturian Council
“We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very happy to be here with you and to comment on your world events. Of course, you have an international incident on your hands right now, involving the countries of Venezuela and the United States of America. This incident shakes things up for you all on Earth yet again, and everyone gets to decide how they react and eventually respond to the events that have taken place. You get to see it from any of a variety of angles, and of course everyone has a slightly different perspective on what’s going on. The bottom line is that if you go into fear and you assume that what this will lead to is more chaos, then you have to ask yourself if you feel that you are in any way in control of your response to what’s going on.
If you decide that you want to be a part of the solution to the problem that exists between these two nations, then you can do that by focusing on your thoughts, beliefs, your vibration, and what type of energy you are sending to the leaders of those countries. Everyone gets to decide. We are on the side of humanity, and we know that what humanity needs is more stability, more peace, more calm, more love, and ultimately more of an attempt to understand your differences. You are all different, and you have different religions, different countries with borders, different customs, different holidays that you celebrate, and those differences can be seen as a strength. Diversity is a strength. Variety is a good thing.
When a difference between you and someone else threatens your perspective, your point of view, then you have to ask yourself why that is occurring within you. Everyone on Earth can live and let live. Everyone else can leave others to their own choices and not interfere. It is a choice that each person and each government and nation must make. What all of you who are awake need to do is to ask yourselves how you can be a part of a more stable world, where differences are embraced, where every culture is seen as valuable and unique. You can give yourselves the experience of peace on Earth by first finding peace within yourselves and emanating that peace out.
If you start arguing with other people about who is right in the situation that you have on your hands there between the U.S. and Venezuela, you are only contributing to a warring type of thought process and warring energies, and you know as an awakened soul that you don’t want to contribute to those things. And so, we recommend that you don’t take a side and then engage in debate with anyone who will listen to you about why your perspective is the right one and the only one. Instead, what you want to do is see everything as playing out for the greatest and highest good of all, which of course it can still do, and you want to offer love, forgiveness, and the vibration of harmony.
You want to live on a harmonious planet, where all nations can get along, until ultimately you don’t feel the need to have borders at all anymore, and you can exist as one united human collective. That is what you really are at your core, and you will still have your differences and your customs and holidays and beliefs, without the need to draw lines in the sand, which ultimately say, ‘This is where we end and they begin.’ When you want to live on a world where there is no more us versus them, then you first decide to be at peace within yourself, to spread peace, to spread love, to spread forgiveness, and again to hold space for the best outcome for all humans.
And all humans are always involved in every moment of every day and every decision and thought and word. So be a part of the peaceful solution for these two nations and work on any emotions that are coming up for you so that you can be at peace once again within your own heart.
