哪怕是那些在你們腦海中閃現的念頭，也請不要因為感受到恐懼、焦慮、憂傷或絕望，甚至憤怒、狂躁與恨意，而對自己感到失望。你們注定要擁有這些經驗，好讓你們在面對未來的創造與去向時，能做出更具智慧的抉擇。若沒有資訊的沉澱，便無法擁有明智的判斷，而萬事萬物，皆是資訊。
萬物之所以存在於可能性的領域中，就是為了讓你們去體驗。然後，由你們來做出選擇。
誠然，你們時常在尚未掌握所有資訊、尚未嚐遍所有經驗時，就已在做出選擇，而這完全沒有關係。隨著你們前行，你們會遇到更多的選擇、更多的機會與更多的頻率。當你們感受到、想到或相信了某些自己並不喜歡的事物時，請不要評判自己。 哪怕是一絲一毫的自責都請放下。
只需溫柔地告訴自己：『這並不適合我。』告訴自己：『我選擇它的對立面。』並深知你此刻就擁有轉換軌道的能力。

“I am St. Germain, keeper of the violet flame.
You are walking into different energies, different frequencies, and different realities all the time. You are meant to try on different vibrations for size and see if they fit. You are meant to feel all the emotions, to taste all the tastes, and smell all the smells. You are meant to experience it all, because as creator beings, you need to have access to the full range of vibrations, the full range of experiences, so that you can know what it is you are creating next. Therefore, do not get down on yourselves for experiencing something that is dark, something that is negative.
Even if it is a thought that happens inside your own head, never get down on yourself for experiencing fear, anxiety, sadness, despair, or even anger, rage, and hate. You are meant to have those experiences so that you can make more informed choices about what you want to create and where you want to go next. You cannot make informed choices without information, and everything is information. Everything is meant to be experienced by you, or it would not exist as a possibility. And then, you get to choose.
Now, of course, you are choosing all the time without having all the information and all the experiences under your belt, so to speak, and that’s okay. You will encounter more choices, more opportunities, more frequencies as you move forward, and when you do feel something, or think something, or believe something that you find not to your liking, do not judge yourselves. Do not get down on yourselves at all. Just tell yourselves that it doesn’t fit. Tell yourselves that you choose its opposite, and know that you have the ability to do so right now.
You don’t have to wait until you have all the information to make an informed decision. You do it all the time. And then you learn more, and you experience more, and you gain more clarity through experience, through allowing yourselves to go through some things in your lives. You are meant to go through all of it. Again, it would not exist if it did not serve you to exist. And if it exists in your reality, then you are certainly meant to do more than just resist it, push against it, or snuff it out so that it will never exist again or be a choice for anyone else. Everyone else needs all the experiences that are available to them so that they, too, can make more informed choices and grow through so-called negative or unwanted experiences.
That’s why they exist. That’s why a loving, benevolent Source Energy Being allows all of these things to exist. It’s not because you have been abandoned, and it’s not because you are not loved. It’s to give you more power to choose. Everything empowers you if you let it. Everything gives you more of you to experience if you let it be what it is meant to be to you. So right now, make a pact with yourself that you’re not going to judge, and you’re not going to resist, and you’re not going to fear any experience, because you know it all serves you.
And you know that you get to choose its opposite if you don’t like it, if it doesn’t fit, if it doesn’t feel right, or if you simply know there’s something better. And you know that what is better might not be available to you right now but it will be, and that I can guarantee you.
