親愛的各位，問候你們。我是磁力服務的克里昂。

在此刻，有些人正於幽暗中呼求。他們是光之工作者，是古老的靈魂。他們問道：「當世界如此黑暗時，我該如何保持高頻的振動？當世界如此晦暗，我該如何守住那份光？」

這與我們幾週前回答過的一個問題極為相似：「在黑暗的世界中，我該如何保留希望？」雖然答案略有不同，但其核心隱喻與我們對這段時期的觀察是一致的。親愛的，無論我重複多少次都不嫌多，但或許我可以換一種參數、換一個隱喻，讓你們看得更清晰。

💎 你本具足的宏偉藍圖

首先，我想問：你究竟是誰？你認為自己是誰？你的靈魂藍圖是什麼，它又是如何影響你的？我假設正在閱讀這份訊息的人，都已足夠覺醒，知道自己來到這顆星球並非為了受苦。我假設你們這些甜美的、正與我心靈交會的老靈魂，都深知自己的本質；然而，你們正掙扎於「認清本質」與「在低頻黑暗的世界中保持高頻」之間。

我要再次使用那個隱喻，提醒你們一些或許從未被告知的事：當你們來到這顆星球時，尤其是作為老靈魂，你們已經歷過無數往世的淬煉，對於為何在此、對於要在這星球散播光，已有極其成熟的認知。但我必須問你：關於你自己，你被告知了什麼？

讓我提醒你：你來到這顆星球時，是絕對圓滿的。 我的意思是，你的內在現在就擁有一切「揚昇」的特質，它們悉數在場。你現在就擁有「大師境界」（Mastery）的能力。你是帶著這份圓滿而生的。

那麼，下一個問題是：「既然如此，它在哪裡呢？」

在這個星球上，意識倒退的特質像塵土一樣覆蓋了它，用你出生時所處的低階意識掩埋了它。當你來到地球生活了幾年後，你便會承襲人類普遍的意識水平。無論你原本多麼進化，親愛的，一旦抵達，你往往會被削弱至人類集體的意識層次中，並以此度日。

🌿 撥開迷霧，重見內在之神

你或許會問：「克里昂，讓我確認一下，你是說我們已經擁有這一切了？」是的，你確實擁有。你並不是在等待一份來自神的恩賜。

儘管你們所受的教導並非如此。事實上，如果你遵循這星球上的宗教系統，那共識是：你生來就是污穢的、不配得的，若沒有外在的幫助（尤其是靈性上的），你將一事無成。有無數的系統告訴你，你無法直接聯繫神，你必須透過仲介，甚至要小心翼翼，因為你內在有太多被稱為「罪孽」的黑暗，這會讓你無法被神聽見。

當你從一開始就接受這樣的程式設定時，你該如何前行？

讓我們改變這個程式，用「真理」來重構一切。

這就是真理：你的內在擁有神。 你確實擁有！你是造物主的傑作，被造物主所識、被造物主所愛。你生而宏偉。大師們擁有的所有揚昇、真理與光的特質，皆在你的內在。此刻，它們只是被這星球的低階意識遮蔽了。

因此，你們的奮鬥目標是去消除那些遮蔽物；去剝開那層層覆蓋著你宏偉本質的洋蔥皮。 這是多麼美妙的一種觀想。這是我們邀請你每一天、每個清晨去嘗試或實踐的第一件事：

「親愛的聖靈（Dear Spirit），感謝我內在擁有的喜悅與平安。它們就在這裡。請協助我剝離那些不屬於我的外物，好讓這份本質得以顯現。親愛的聖靈，我對這一切深表感激。」

你可以帶著感激之情與自己對話，與身體的細胞對話，甚至與環繞在你身邊的天使對話。你是否在安全的地方醒來？你是否有食物果腹？許多人並沒有。你是否也擁有一份流動的感恩之心？

這些特質，會在這顆星球上造就一個平和且慈悲的靈魂。

📡 意識的播報塔

每天清晨，或許都有一股能量在打擊你——那是挫敗、憂慮，或是對未來、對未知的擔憂。當你陷入其中時，確實很難找到高頻的振動。

這時，請回歸你所熟知的真理。關於「意識能量」，你了解多少？在此我想提醒你最重要的關鍵：你所思考的事物，本身就帶著創造的能量。

你所思考的，會被你吸引而來。這在那些只關注負面事物的人身上尤為明顯。當他們說：「喔，我害怕這個、我擔心那個，我覺得那會發生。」接著你觀察他們的生活，那些事果然發生了！你或許會驚訝，是什麼力量帶來了這些瘋狂的負面事物？

你最近在談論什麼？你對朋友傾訴些什麼？是滿腹的憂慮嗎？是對局勢的擔憂嗎？

聽我說：你是一座能量的播報塔。 如果你架起這座塔，接通意識能量的電源，然後向外播報你所擔心的事，猜猜接下來會發生什麼？那些你播報出去的擔憂，正排著隊等待顯化。這就是你的強大之處。這就是真理。有些人稱之為「吸引力法則」，但事實遠不止於此。

地球的能量正在傾聽老靈魂的聲音。那是一種中性的能量，隨時準備顯化那「神聖自我」——也就是你——所說的一切。如果你這尊行走在地球上的神之片段，開始播報你相信會發生的事，那就會成為你的實相。

如果，你播報相反的內容呢？ 「我是宏偉的。我吸引美好的事物。」 當你開始這樣說，並「期待」好事發生。剛開始，可能仍有負面事物被吸引而來，因為改變周圍的能量場需要一點時間，特別是如果你已經播報了很長一段時間的負面訊息。

🌤️ 矗立在雲端之上

有些老靈魂會說：「等等，那不是我。我不播報，我不閒聊，我也不說是非。我是高頻的。」

親愛的，那你在「想」什麼呢？

你可能會說：「嗯，我很擔心。」是的，你在擔心。「我擔心接下發生的事會影響我，我擔心我的家人和這個世界。」你播報出的「思想」，幾乎與大聲說出來一樣強大。

你必須重構你的思考方式： 「我看見我的孩子們擁有美好的前程，即便是我過去曾擔憂的人，我也看見了解決方案。親愛的聖靈，我看見生命中正發生美好的事。我所行之處，皆有光芒。」

你能為自己創造什麼樣的肯定句，並規律地複誦？因為當你的身體開始聽見你所說的話，你的意識就會隨之共鳴。無論地球多麼黑暗，這就是你維持高頻振動的方法。

你矗立於黑暗之上——在雲層之上，在風暴之上。你將自己提升到高處，仰望太陽說道： 「我很高興我置身雲端之上，因為我看見了太陽。我知道在此處我是安全的，因為我是宏偉的。」

你能做到嗎？有人會問：「難道我不需要做一些練習或其他的儀式嗎？」

答案是否定的。這僅僅關乎你與你自己。

有些人覺得這很困難，因為他們從未嘗試過。但我要告訴你，這對每個人來說都是可行的。你不需要請求許可，請記住，你不是在祈求一份恩賜，你不是在求神給你一些「你尚未擁有的東西」。

再次強調，這段對話應該是這樣的： 「親愛的聖靈，請協助我清除那些不屬於我宏偉本質的雜質，將它們捨棄。請慢慢地協助我打磨我這顆鑽石，展現我的光芒。在這個過程中，請向我揭示那些負面的習慣，讓我能覺察並不再重蹈覆轍。」

這就是個人如何超越紛擾的方法。你不僅值得擁有它，你已經擁有了它。

你是一座光的引擎。

如果你是一個老靈魂，你已經來到這裡無數次了。你深諳此道。你擁有成熟的光。別被那試圖讓你遠離真實自我的黑暗所迷惑。是的，地球正經歷一場光與暗的交鋒，而你是一位光的戰士。

別讓黑暗定義你，除了你的真實本質，別讓任何事物定義你。別讓這星球的低階意識侵蝕你所深知的真理。你可以昂首挺立。

超級意識（Super consciousness）即將到來。在此時此刻，你簡直像是這顆星球上「意識領域」的超級英雄。相信我。你在此是有目的的。

Kryon: High Vibration in a Difficult Times

Greetings, Dear Ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service.

There are some who are crying out seemingly in the dark. They’re lightworkers. They’re old souls. They say, “How can I keep a high vibration when the world is so dark? How can I keep a high vibration when the world is so dark?”

This is very similar to a question that we answered some weeks ago when the question was “How can I retain hope in a world that is dark?” The answer is slightly different, but it truly remains the same metaphor that we have used over and over, and the information that we have about this time. I cannot say it enough to you, Dear Ones, but I can put it in different parameters perhaps or different metaphors for you to see it more clearly.

The first thing I would say is who are you really? Who do you think you are? What is your soul blueprint and how does that affect you? I’m assuming those who watch this are awakened enough to know you’re not here on this planet to suffer. I’m assuming that the people who watch this, those sweet souls, the old souls who are tuned in right now know who they are. And they’re struggling between knowing who they are and holding a high vibration in a world that seemingly has a low one that is very dark.

I go to that metaphor yet again that reminds you of something that you may not have been told. When you arrive on this planet, all of you, especially the old soul, has been through the school of past lives who has a much more mature idea of why they’re here, and that the light in general that is being spread on this planet. I’m talking to you. What is it you’ve been told of who you are? So I will remind you, you come into this planet absolutely complete. And what I mean by that is there is ascension attributes in you right now. They’re all there. In you right now is the ability of mastery. You come in with this.

So the next question – “Well, where is it?” The attributes of the devolution of consciousness on this planet has covered it up, covered it up with low consciousness that you were born into. You assume the same level of consciousness that humanity does when you come into the planet and live a few years. You’re right there with them. No matter how evolved you are, Dear Ones, when you arrive, quite often you are reduced to the consciousness of the rest of humanity, and you live your life that way.

“So let me get this straight, Kryon. You’re telling me that we already have it?” Yes, you do. You really do. You’re not waiting for a gift from God. Now you’ve all been taught you are. In fact, the consensus on the planet if you follow spiritual systems is that you were born dirty. You are not worthy, and you can’t do anything without help, especially spiritually. There are so many systems that tell you, you cannot contact God directly. You have to go through somebody else and then be careful because you may have too much darkness within you called sin to be heard. So that has to be taken care of first.

How can you get ahead when you have that kind of programming from the beginning? So let’s change the program. Let’s reframe everything with truth.

Here is the truth: You have God inside. You do! You are a creature of the Creator, known by the Creator, loved by the Creator, and you’ve been born magnificent. Inside you are all the attributes of ascension and truth and light that the masters had. It’s all being covered right now by that which is the low consciousness of the planet. The struggle therefore is to get rid of what’s covering it; to start peeling that onion that covers your majesty. What a visualization, and so that’s the first thing we ask you to try or do every single day, every single morning.

“Dear Spirit, thank you that I have joy and I have peace. It’s inside. Help me to strip away what doesn’t belong in me in order to find that, to have that show. Dear Spirit, I’m grateful for these things.” You can talk to yourselves or the cells in your body or even the angels around you in gratitude. Do you awaken in a safe place? Do you have things to eat? Many don’t. Do you have the gratitude going for you as well?

These are the attributes that create a peaceful, compassionate soul, you might say, on the planet. You already have this, but every time you get up in the morning, you would say that there is an energy which beats you up. It’s an energy perhaps of frustration or worry or what is going to happen today or what’s next, and it’s hard to find any kind of a high vibration when you have that. It truly is.

And so you fall back on what you know works. What do you know about the energy of consciousness? And here is what I want to remind you. It has many names, but the thing that is the most significant is this one. What you think about has an energy of creation with it. What you think about, you bring to yourself. So often, you can see this. It really shows with those who only think about negative things. “Oh, I’m afraid of this. I’m afraid of that. I think this will happen.” And then you watch their lives and it does! And you wonder, what is it that brings about all of these crazy negative things?

What are you talking about lately? What do you confide in to your friends? Do you confide worry to them? Are you concerned about a situation? Let me tell you. You are a broadcasting tower of energy, and if you’re going to raise that tower and hook up the power of energy of consciousness and then broadcast what you’re worried about, guess what happens next. Here it comes. All the things that you have broadcast that you’re worried about are lining up to be manifest. That’s how powerful you are. This is true. Some call it the Law of Attraction. It really truly is more than that. It’s much more than that.

It’s the energy of the planet that listens to the old soul. It’s really a neutral energy that is ready to manifest whatever that Godself says, and that’s you. That piece of God on the planet that starts broadcasting that which you believe is going to happen to you. What if you broadcast the opposite? “I am magnificent. I attract good things.” And you start saying that, and you expect good things. Now right away, you may have negative things attracted to you because it takes a while to change the energy around you, especially if you’ve been broadcasting negative things for some time.

Now there are old souls that say, “Wait a minute. That’s not me. I don’t broadcast. I don’t talk, I don’t gossip. I don’t do any of these things. I am of high vibration.” Yeah, but what are you thinking about? What are you thinking about? And then you’ll go, “Well, I’m concerned.” Yes, you are. “I’m concerned that what’s going to happen next might affect me on the planet. I’m concerned about this and that and this and this person and my family.” You are broadcasting thoughts that are almost as powerful as speaking it out loud. You’re going to have to reframe your thinking.

“I see good things for my children and even those I worried about in the past. I see resolution. Dear Spirit, I see good things happening in my life. Where I walk, there is light.” What kind of affirmations and sayings can you make up for yourself that you can say on a regular basis, because when your body starts to hear what you’re saying, your consciousness starts to go with it? That’s how you stay in a high vibration no matter how dark the earth is.

You stand above it – above the clouds, above the storm. You raise yourself far above that and you look at the sun and say, “I’m so glad I’m above these clouds because I can see the sun. I know it is safe here where I am because I am magnificent.” Can you do that? And there will be those who say, “Don’t I have to do some exercises or perhaps there are some other things that are necessary?” And the answer is no. It’s you with you.

Some find this difficult because they’ve never done it. And that’s when I want to tell you, these things are doable for everyone. And you don’t have to ask permission. And remember, you’re not praying for a gift. You’re not asking God to give you something you don’t already have. Again, it goes like this: “Dear Spirit, help me to clear what doesn’t belong in my magnificence and get rid of it. Slowly help me to polish the diamond that I am and show my light. And in the process, show me some of the habits perhaps that are negative so I can realize them and not do them anymore.”

That’s how the individual stays above the fray. Not only you deserve it, you have it. You are an engine of light. And if you’re an old soul, you’ve been here many, many times. You know how to do this. You have a maturity of light. You know how this is done. Don’t be fooled by the darkness that wants to pull you away from who you really are. Yes, the earth is going through a battle of dark and light. You are a light soldier. Don’t let them define you as darkness, or as anything but what you really are. Don’t let the dark, you would say, consciousness of this planet invade that truth that you know. You can stand tall.

Coming is super consciousness. You’re almost like a superhero of consciousness on this planet at this moment in time. Believe me. You are here on purpose. I am Kryon in love with you all. Blessed is the human being who finds God inside. There is nothing, nothing better. And so it is.
