你以為自己難以連上光、連上源頭、連上更高的自己，但那並不是真相。你正在接收——只是你不總能理解自己所收到的訊息，你沒有把它視為「連結的證據」。於是你誤解了自己的感受，認為自己什麼都沒有得到、彷彿被阻擋、被切斷。
當你這麼想時，你會停止伸手向上求助，停止感受那原本就在你身旁的指引。
🌟【請先停止告訴自己：你是斷線的】
請停止對自己說：
「我連不上。」
「我沒有訊息。」
「我接收不到任何來自更高的東西。」因為——你從來沒有斷線過。
你的靈永遠都在被告訴、被呼喚、被觸碰。這些訊息可能來自你的內在，也可能從外在的事件、巧合、對話、風吹草動中映現。
世界沒有半點隨機。你所遇見的一切，全都被神聖安排。連結不是你去「打開」的，而是本來就存在於萬物之間的狀態。
🌟【你之所以以為自己被分離，是因為你習慣了這種錯覺】
你們習慣覺得自己孤單，習慣覺得心與心是分離的，習慣覺得自己被切斷於源頭之外。但那只是一種「三維的習慣性知覺」。它從來不是真相。即使你以為自己與他人疏離，以為自己與自然、與動物、與神、與宇宙分開——依舊不曾真正分離。
當你開始把「現實」視為正在對你說話、當你開始承認自己一直都在被連結——你的體驗會改變，你的世界會變亮。
🌟【既然你已經醒來，就應該知道這些】
你永遠不孤獨。你永遠被支持。你永遠被引領。你永遠與光同在。你從來沒有失聯過。而當你承認這些，你會開始接收到更多。當你願意打開自己、不再否定那些細微的直覺與訊息——你將迎來更綿長的引導。
當你採取行動、依循那些你感受到的指引，你會親身證明：原來那真的是來自更高的光。
🌟【人類需要更多的「聽」、更多的「覺」】
地球上的每個人都需要：更多的聆聽、更多的覺知、更多的信任、更多的信心、以及更多的「知道」。
當你走到這個境界，你會以一種深沉的自信走在生命中——不只是因為你知道自己是誰，更因為你知道：你並不是單獨走在這條路上。
你之所以成為人，是為了體驗有限、然後從有限之中伸向無限，伸向非物質、伸向我們、伸向所有在高維度中陪伴你的存在。
🌟【限制，是你自己選擇的入口】
你給自己穿上了「有限」的外衣——這不是懲罰，而是選擇。是一條能促使你向內探索、向上連結的道路。
你選擇來到地球，是為了與我們合作，為了在這個密度中尋找光、並記起自己本來就是光。

Now That You’re Awake, Know This ∞Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
You are not having as much trouble connecting as you think you are. Some of you are not perceiving what it is that you are receiving as evidence of your connection. You are misinterpreting what you are getting, and when you misinterpret it, you tend to do nothing about it. And then you feel like you are disconnected, blocked in some way, and you stop seeking out guidance and support from above.
The first thing you want to do is to stop telling yourself that you are disconnected, that you are not receiving, that you are blocked from receiving what it is that’s coming to you at all times. You are always connected. You are always being spoken to in some way, whether it is inside of you or outside of you, because nothing is random and everything is divinely orchestrated. Connection is automatic because we are all connected all the time.
You are accustomed to feeling disconnected in yourselves and in your lives, but that doesn’t make it true. It may look like you are disconnected from other people, from animals, from Source, but that is never the case. It is just a perception of reality. Now, when you start perceiving reality as always talking to you, and you start thinking of yourself as always being connected, then your experience changes.
Not only does your experience change, but you are then more willing to trust what it is you are getting and act upon it, speak upon it, make decisions based upon what you are getting. Remember that separation is always an illusion. It’s an experience that was meant to feel real to you, but that was before you were awake. And now that you are awake, know this. You are never alone. You are always supported. You are always being guided. You are never disconnected, and you can receive more when you acknowledge these things.
When you open up to what you are getting, you can receive more. When you demonstrate that you know you are receiving guidance from above, then you will receive more, and when you act upon what you are getting, you will prove to yourself that the guidance was real, and it was coming from above. Everyone there on Earth needs to listen more, needs more awareness, and more trust, faith, and even knowing. And when you get to that place, you can walk in confidence, knowing not only who you really are, but that you have taken on the help and the guidance because you have taken on human form, and that experience is meant to be limiting in many ways.
You have given yourselves the appearance of limitation, but that was on purpose. That was by choice, and that was so that you would reach into the non-physical from the physical and collaborate with all of us in the higher realms, including, of course, all of the ascended masters.
