我們理解，當你們面對特別具有挑戰性的事情時，你們確實會覺得不公平。我們知道，你們很難接受自己在投生之前就選擇了一些挑戰。我們也知道，你們可能會因為做了這樣的決定而對你們的高我或靈魂感到憤怒。我們也知道，你們可能會因為這些選擇和挑戰而覺得自己成了受害者。
我們希望你們知道，當你們這樣做時，你們就忘記了你們真正是你們的更高自我。你們是你們的靈魂。你們就是你們的超靈。所以，你們只會對自己生氣。沒有任何人或事真正存在於你們之外。你們不是被他們操縱的傀儡。你們必須時不時地從你們內心深處那個因為選擇受苦而想要感覺自己是受害者的部分退後一步，看清真實的自己。
你們想要最終把自己視為一位高振動的大師，以至於你們願意接受可能導致痛苦的挑戰。痛苦是一種選擇，當你們這樣看待它時，你們可以做出不同的選擇。即使是你們的情緒也是你們正在做的選擇。大多數時候，你們只是在潛意識裡做出這些選擇，但一旦你們發現自己感受到一種不想要的情緒，你們就能意識到這是一種選擇，你們可以選擇不同的視角，不同的方式看待情況，這樣你們就能感覺更好。
很多時候，你們仍然需要先消化掉最初開始的那種感覺，然後才能以新的視角、更高的視角來看待你們正在思考的處境或人，從而擺脫困境。但你們有能力接受一切原本的樣子，而這種能力是一種超能力，並非每個人都能發揮出來。現在就是一個機會，讓你們能夠做到這一點。
當你們接收到這種訊息時，你們可以決定從現在開始，用一種對你們有利的方式看待生活中的一切。如此一來，你們的身體就會產生正面的情緒反應，告訴你們，你們看待當前狀況、環境、人或群體的方式對你們有利。你們會從自己的身體、感受和情緒中獲得這種反饋，但你們必須足夠清醒地認識到，這一切都是你們選擇的，這樣你們才不會僅僅因為感受到某種感覺，就扮演受害者的角色，對着那些未經你們同意就將你們置於這種境地的更高權力揮舞拳頭。
你們正在默許一切。一切都出於共識，一切都源自於共同創造，你們是如此強大的創造者，以至於你們能夠在前進的過程中不斷修正方向。即使你們在出生前就做出了選擇，你們現在也擁有改寫自身藍圖的力量。你們有能力讓自己走上一條更高尚的道路，一條感覺更美好的道路。你們是掌控者，現在是時候透過做出讓自己感覺良好的選擇來賦能自己了。
我們在這裡討論的是許多不同的選擇。我們討論的不僅是涉及行動的選擇，或選擇A而不是B等等。我們討論的是你們所做的選擇，包括你們的感受、你們如何看待事物、你們選擇相信什麼、你們選擇採取什麼視角。
你們每時每刻都面臨着許多其他的選擇。當你們意識到自己確實有選擇權時，你們就會做出對你們最有利、感覺最好的選擇。這一點對你們來說很重要。重要的是，你們要知道你們擁有自由意志，並且你們可以用許多美妙而富有創意的方式運用你們的自由意志，去過上你們想在地球上過的生活。

Are You Being Puppeted by Your Higher Self? ∞Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters, Channeled by Daniel Scranton
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of Ascended Masters.
We understand that when you are facing something that is particularly challenging, you do feel that it is unfair. We know that you struggle with the idea that you may have chosen something for yourself as a challenge before you incarnated. And we know that you can get angry at your higher self or your soul for having made such a decision. We also know that you can feel as though you are being victimized because of those choices and those challenges.
We want you to know that when you do that, you are forgetting that you truly are your higher self. You are your soul. You are your oversoul. And so, you are only getting mad at yourself. There is no one and nothing that truly exists only outside of you. You are not the puppet who is subject to their puppeteering. You have to step back at times from the part of you that wants to feel like a victim because you are choosing to suffer, and see yourself as you truly are.
You want to ultimately see yourself as being such a high vibrational master that you would be willing to take on a challenge that could potentially lead to suffering. Suffering is a choice, and when you see it that way, you can choose differently. Even your emotions are choices that you are making. You are just making them subconsciously most of the time, but once you observe yourself feeling an unwanted emotion, you can recognize that it is a choice and that you can choose a different perspective, a different way of looking at the situation so that you can feel better.
Oftentimes you still have to complete the feeling that you started feeling before you can get to that point of snapping yourself out of it with a new perspective, a higher perspective on the situation or the person that you are thinking about. But you have the ability to accept everything as it is, and that ability is a superpower that not every single one of you is tapping into. This is an opportunity to do that right now.
As you receive this transmission, you can decide that you are going to look at everything in your life from now on in a way that serves you. And in so doing, you are going to get a positive emotional response in your body to tell you that the way you are looking at the current condition, circumstance, person, or group of people serves you. You get that feedback from your own body, from your own feelings, your own emotions, but you have to be aware enough to recognize that you are choosing all of this in order to not just feel a feeling and then take on the role of the victim and shake your fist at some higher power that put you in those circumstances without your consent.
You are consenting to everything. It is all by agreement, all by co-creation, and you are such powerful creators that you get to make course corrections as you go. Even if you chose something before you were born, you have the power right now to rewrite your own blueprint. You have the power to put yourself on a higher path, a better-feeling path. You are the orchestrators, and it is time for you to empower yourselves by making the choices that feel good to you when you make them.
And we are talking about many different choices here. We are not just talking about choices that involve actions or choosing A over B, and so on. We are talking about the choices you make in terms of how you’re going to feel, how you’re going to look at something, what you’re choosing to believe in, the perspective you are choosing to take on.
And there are so many other choices that you have every moment of every day. And when you realize that you do have a choice, you will make the choice that serves you best and feels best to you when you choose it. And that’s important for you to know. It’s important for you to know that you have free will and that you can use your free will in so many wonderful and creative ways to live the lives that you say you want to live there on earth.
