親愛的家人們，你們好。我是 Kryon，磁性能量的侍者。

最近，有許多人問起一個奇特的問題，奇特到它一次又一次地在你們心中浮現：「我現在感受到的，是揚昇的能量？還是我其實已經快被倦怠了？為什麼分不清？」

 

這是一個十分特別的問題，尤其當它來自一位光的工作者、一位走過許多世代的老靈魂。請允許我，慢慢解開這個疑惑。

 

✧ 回望時間深處：你所身處的能量

要回答這個問題，我們得稍微回到過去，去看見你們正行走在怎樣的能量流裡。

此刻，正是 2025 年的最後一個月。對許多人來說，這一年充滿不尋常的震動。而會聽到、會讀到這段訊息的你們，大多正是那些感受最深的人。

我多年前便告訴過你們：會有一個時刻——就是現在——光開始大量湧入地球，而黑暗會被照見。

那是一個轉折點，早已被預言、也在星際時序中準備多時。真正的重點從來不是黑暗，而是：光正在變強。

 

然而光愈亮，它愈會映照出那些你從未真正看清的「塵埃」：這是一個比喻——代表那些古老、粗糙、甚至醜陋的意識殘留。它們陪伴了你們無數個「前世」。

 

你們這些老靈魂，幾乎都曾經歷過戰爭。戰爭不停重演，一次結束便換另一場開始，像是古老能量永遠不願散去。而我曾告訴你們：這個循環，會開始崩解。

 

✧ 當光照進人間：你所看見的「困難」

於是，在這一年裡，你們看到什麼呢？你們是否遇到過難以理解的事件？是否有突如其來的失落、混亂、不曾想像的課題？

你是否看見了貪婪、腐敗、或讓你心中一沉的舉動？或許你早就知道會有這些，但如今，光讓你第一次如此清楚地「看見」。

這，我早已告訴過你們——光會照亮陰影。

 

✧ 老靈魂的錯覺：以為「揚昇應該很美好」

然而老靈魂總是把「揚昇」想成光溫柔地升起、世界變得更清澈、直覺變得更敏銳、意識逐漸走向多維度——這些全都是真的。

 

現在，許多人正經歷這些改變：你開始能「知道」更多，你更能信任直覺，你更容易感受到真相。

 

但黑暗的意識也同樣被照出來。它不會悄悄離開。它會掙扎。它會吼叫。它會反撲。它會用從未用過的方式抵抗「光正在到來」這件事。

 

這就是為什麼——此時你竟然同時感到「揚昇」與「倦怠」。

 

✧ 倦怠與揚昇並存：因為你正在兩道力量之間

你們不是正在與惡魔、鬼魂或地獄作戰，而是在與古老的「集體意識模式」交會。黑暗不是怪物，黑暗是不理解、是恐懼、是舊習性。

 

而光——是誠實、是正直、是選擇和平、是以慈悲代替反應、是善意甚至流向你的政治家們——

是的，我知道你們覺得那是不可能的詞組。但光，正在發生。這些改變對誰最可怕？對那些長久以來以秘密、控制、貪婪為力量的人，對那些習慣在舊能量裡生活的普通人，對那些喜歡批評、喜歡搶奪、喜歡從別人的痛苦中獲利的人。

 

他們恐懼光。因為光讓他們「無所遁形」。

 

✧ 這一年很難，但並非未來的樣子

你們共同創造的光，比以往任何時刻都強。而你們也因此看到更多挑戰。

 

是的，這一年對許多人來說很辛苦。但這並不意謂下一年會如此。你們還不知道——有些更溫柔的變化，正悄悄在能量場中醞釀。

 

或許你會把這一年稱為「學習的一年」，儘管我並未這麼定義它。但對許多人而言，的確如此。你們所熟悉的「人生的運作方式」正在改變。這正是你迷惘的原因。

 

✧ 當人類跨入另一個維度：你會看得更多

如果有些人開始接觸到「另一個維度」的實相，會發生什麼呢？他們不會消失。而是「增加了一層感知」。有更多光落在他們的道路上，更多直覺、更多看見，也更多真相。有些揭露會讓你震驚，因為它們其實一直都在。

 

✧ 你同時經歷兩件事：倦怠與揚昇

所以那個問題——「我到底是揚昇了，還是要被耗盡了？」
答案是：

兩者同時存在。兩者都在你身上發生。而這正是光之工作的本質。

你們之所以被稱為「光的工作者」——是因為你們正在把光帶進世界，而光會照亮一切：美好的，也包括黑暗的。

 

✧ 分辨的方法：揚昇是愛，而倦怠不是

我希望你能記住這個辨別方式——

揚昇的能量，是充滿愛的。它帶來開展、溫柔、明晰、穩定。

而倦怠則帶來耗損、混亂、無力。

當改變真正開始時，你將能感覺得出：「啊，原來那是揚昇。而那，是舊能量的反撲。」你會知道的。你會認得的。

 

請繼續走在你的道路上，親愛的家人們。更好的日子正在來臨。更清晰、更溫柔、更光亮的能量正在穿越這個地球。

Kryon: Ascension Energy or Burnout

Greetings, Dear Ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service.

There are so many who are asking a really unusual question, but it keeps coming up. “Are we featuring ascension energy or burnout? I can’t tell the difference.” That is a question that is an interesting one, especially coming from a lightworker, an old soul. Let me try to explain it.

In order to explain that strange question we have to go back in time, just a little bit, to discuss this energy that you are in. This particular energy is being the last month of this particular year of 2025 as this is given. It features an unusual year for almost all of you, the ones who would tune into this particular channeling, this particular program where this channeling has occurred.

I told you many, many years ago to expect a time that was this time. It was going to be the shift, and it could be a time when light started to come on the planet in such a way that darkness would show. That basically was the message. There’s going to be a time, a shift, in a certain number of years that corresponded to that which is the precession of the equinoxes that had been predicted and targeted for change.

But the biggest attribute of this shift, this change for all of you would be that more light would start coming to this planet. That’s a metaphor for an awakening consciousness. But the metaphor is that the light would then spotlight all of the dirt that you never saw before. That’s a metaphor for seeing all of the ugly consciousness that has been here, that has been part of your lives. Many of them, all your past lives have been accomplished and lived and expressed in a very old energy.

Almost all of you, Dear Ones, who would watch this program and understand that you have past lives on this planet, almost all of you have been part of wars, because that’s what humans do. And you know I’m right. One stops, another one starts. One stops, another one starts. It’s almost like a never-ending old energy paradigm. And I told you to look forward to that paradigm crumbling, and it’s beginning to.

What else have you seen that is disturbing, especially this year? Have you seen anything that didn’t make sense, difficulties? Have you had issues you never thought you would have? Are there abundance changes? Is there a consciousness shift that surprised you with those you knew or thought you knew? This is spotlighting the dirt. Have you seen any greed perhaps that surprised you in any places? Maybe it didn’t surprise you, but at least you got to see it. That is what I said would take place.

Now the old soul sees the shift as a time of light. That’s what we said, so that the old soul would anticipate perhaps that this would be a time of awakening – it is – and that which we call ascension. Ascension has been described as an awakening so much that your very consciousness starts to become multidimensional. That you start being aware of things that you weren’t before. Your intuition starts to become very sharp and very good, so good that you can count on intuition. That is an awakening lightworker. That’s a high consciousness that’s developing in many on this planet right now. But the dark that is the old consciousness, it is there as well, is it not?

But we also told you something else to look for. When things are the same and have remained the same especially in an older, darker consciousness on this planet, when that happens and you have any kind of a shift or change after hundreds of years if not more of the same kinds of expectations, the same kinds of things that have happened over and over and over that would even create wars. When that starts to shift and change, it affects everyone. But mostly, an older consciousness when it starts to see the light being turned on will fight. It will scratch. It will scream. It will push back in ways it never did before. That’s why that question is here.

How could you have ascension at the same time you have burnout? That’s what it feels like, because the old soul who starts to awaken in a higher way is also now aware of the pushback of the dark, the pushback of an old energy. We’re not talking about evil spirits. We’re not talking about entities coming in from hell, or any of the other mythological things that you see in the movies. We’re talking about dark and light consciousness. We’re talking about that which has been on the planet for years and years up against what is coming in at a greater level: integrity, honesty, the desire for peace, the desire for compassion instead of reaction, kindness even among politicians. I know some of you say that’s an oxymoron – can’t happen. That’s what you’re starting to see.

You can understand, can you not, that those things that I just mentioned to you would be frightening to those who have always had the secrets of greed, what they’ve been taking for so long? Not just leadership, Dear Ones. We’re talking about regular human beings on the paths that were created for them in an old energy, doing what they always had in an old energy: lack of caring, all of that gossip and talking about others. That’s old energy. That’s a dark energy, Dear Ones, if you hadn’t figured that out yet, where you take others to task just because you don’t like them, because maybe they have something you don’t.

This is the way the planet has been for so long until we and you come together to create light on this planet like it has never seen before. You are just beginning this battle. This has been a difficult year. It doesn’t mean next year will also be, Dear Ones, because things are happening in the field that you don’t know about yet that are going to be a little sweeter, I will tell you that, a little different, I will tell you that. You might say this was the year of learning, even though that’s not the message that I gave that this year was about. But for many of you, it has been difficult, very difficult, and that’s because this reality that you call normal, how things work for you is starting to change.

What would happen if many of the human beings on this planet actually started moving into the reality of another dimension? Now this is a subject that is not able to be discussed in a few minutes.

What is dimensionality? We have had that discussion before. What does it mean for any humanity on this planet to move slightly into another dimension? Well, the first thing that happens is they don’t disappear, Dear Ones. It’s an added dimension to the ones you already have, so they have perhaps a little more awareness. There’s more light on their path to see to go left or right. There is more awareness of the dark things on the planet. Some of you are reeling in disbelief when you start to discover what has always been there.

So that question about what really is happening – burnout – some of you feel that is what you’re facing. Ascension – that is also happening. You might say burnout and ascension are happening at the identical same time. I want you to know the difference because it’s light work. That’s why they call you a lightworker. The battle is here. I told you it was coming, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be like this from now on.

Better things are coming, Dear Ones. And I want you to understand the difference. Ascension is filled with love. Ascension attitude, ascension consciousness is much, much different than burnout. It’s
something that you will say, “Oh, now I know. I recognize.”

When things start to shift, you will know them, and you will know that which is different from burnout. So many lightworkers are taking that light and shining it so bright that it feels like it’s burning – at the same time it’s pressing this earth with great light and great love. Stay the course, as they say. I am Kryon in love with you all. And so it is.
